Urine leakage, urgency, or frequency
Pelvic pain or pressure
Pain with intercourse
Pre- or post-pregnancy concerns
Core weakness or abdominal separation
Post-surgical pelvic conditions

Initial assessment includes detailed history and physical examination
Internal pelvic exam may be recommended but is optional and only done with your consent
Please wear comfortable clothing
Bring any relevant medical reports if available

Initial Assessment (45–60 minutes)
Follow-up sessions will be recommended based on findings
Goal:
To identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop a targeted treatment plan to improve function, control, and quality of life.
