**Please note- Should you be direct billing your health insurance, please make sure you check with individual policy to assure this service is indeed billable third party. Also, should your insurance be maxed the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If you are unsure if you have coverage, we kindly ask you to check this before arriving at your scheduled appointment. The clinic coordinator can not call on your behalf.
***ONLY Saturday/Holiday appointments will require full payment rather than direct billing. We can give you a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
