If you would like to start treatment before your claim has been approved, you are able to do so, however you must pay the full treatment cost until claim is approved. It is the patients responsibility to collect reimbursement from ICBC for treatments provided prior to claim validation. If you are currently not approved for treatment, you will be required to pay the full amount of $105 for the session
