Fascial Stretch Therapy is a treatment consisting of assisted stretching techniques focused on targeting connective tissue, muscle tissue and joint movement.
FST aims to enhance mobility, reduce stiffness, and promote optimal function of the muscles and joints.
Post session, there will be time to work on your prescribed rehab exercises.
