*Please Note: Comfortable stretch attire, like shorts, leggings, tank tops or sports bras are required for this session.
Therapist guided treatment combining assisted stretching and controlled movement to help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and support joint function.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include passive, active-assisted, massage and movement-based techniques to address restrictions and overall movement quality.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
