Follow-up sessions focus on reviewing progress, addressing challenges, adjusting goals, and refining your personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan as your needs evolve. You will receive continued education, practical tools, and tailored resources across a variety of nutrition and lifestyle topics relevant to your health goals, to support long-term, sustainable health changes.
