Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To avoid a cancellation fee (50% of treatment cost), we require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
-Missed or late-cancelled appointments cannot be billed to extended health benefits.
-If you book an appointment within 24 hours of the start time, this policy still applies.
Kindly note: As of NOV 1st 2025, all online bookings will require a credit card on file. This card will NOT be used for billing purposes, but may be used in the event of a missed appointment.
