In this private in person class for birthing parents learn how to prepare for your upcoming birth. In this class you will learn the stages and phases of labour, what your contractions will look/feel like and hands-on pain management techniques for the contractions. We will also touch on breathing, medications to manage pain, perineal massage, birthing positions and mindfulness techniques. You will have the time to ask questions and try out different techniques. This class is ideally done between 33 to 35 weeks. Please allow 24 hours to cancel/reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
