CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 HOURS notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. This applies to appointments made within the 24 hour time period. Missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the treatment cost, in other words FULL CHARGE of the appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours from your appointment.
Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our Therapists time. We hold the scheduled time for you and are not able to see anyone else during this time and not able to fill the time slot with such short notice.
WAITLIST
If you are looking for a specific time/date and it is not available on our online booking, please create your account and add yourself to the waitlist so we are able to give you a call should something open up.
