Important Update: Changes to Direct Billing
Dear Valued Clients,
We wanted to update you on an important change to our billing practices at Monarch Child & Family Therapy Inc.
Effective April 1, 2026, we will no longer be able to offer direct billing to insurance providers.

We understand that direct billing has been a significant convenience for many of our clients, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. This decision was not made lightly, and we recognize the impact it may have on your experience with our services.
Moving forward, clients will be responsible for payment at the time of their appointment. We will continue to provide detailed receipts promptly, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your individual plan.
