Cancellation Policy Please note, we do require at least 24 hour’s notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will result in a charge amounting to 100% of the treatment cost. To accommodate this, we now require a credit card on file for any missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice.
Direct Billing - We are happy to offer direct billing with a valid credit card on file. Our system is encrypted with the proper security measures to ensure everything is safe and secure.
⭐️ Returning Clients ⭐️
Our acupuncturists work collaboratively and co-treat clients within the clinic. Once you have completed your initial visit with us, you are welcome to book follow-up treatments with any of our acupuncturists based on your schedule and availability.
Alicia is currently on maternity leave. Our other acupuncturists are happy to continue your care and have access to your treatment history and chart.
