An initial assessment should be booked for any new injury/issue related to a motor vehicle accident, regardless of whether you are a returning or new client to MotionWorx. If it has been >3 months since your accident ICBC may require a doctor referral for physiotherapy. This visit will include a full history, a comprehensive objective physical assessment, goal setting, treatment plan, education and a treatment. Your therapist will send the appropriate documentation to ICBC and communicate as needed with your adjuster.
