Welcome to MHP!
First Time Patients : Please ensure the relevant intake form is filled out in it’s entirety after scheduling your appointment. A completed intake form is required prior to seeing any MHP practitioner for the first time. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first and subsequent appointments. If you were injured in a work or motor vehicle accident, ensure your claim number is provided in your intake.
Direct Billing : MHP can direct bill to most major benefit companies for Registered Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services.
Service Availability : Practitioner/service availability changes regularly due to the rescheduling of appointments, etc. Add yourself to the waitlist for your preferred practitioner/times for priority booking if openings become available.
Cancellation Policy : Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of the appointment. ICBC patients are personally responsible for late cancellations or missed appointments, as ICBC cannot be billed in these cases. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Credit Card Policy : A credit card is required on file to confirm your booking. The credit card will only be charged for a no-show/late cancellation or for any outstanding amounts after direct billing to your insurance.
