Insurance Coverage: Before scheduling, please confirm with your insurance provider whether custom orthotics provided by a Chiropractor are eligible under your plan.
Doctor’s Prescription: Some insurance providers require a prescription from your family doctor. Ensure you obtain and submit any necessary documentation directly to your insurance.
Payment Details: Insurance companies do not permit direct billing for orthotics. Full payment is required upfront at the time of ordering.
Pricing: Custom orthotics are priced at $500, plus a $105 fitting and assessment fee.
