WE ENFORCE A STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment. We offer direct billing for most major insurance companies. We DO NOT work with WSIB, ODSP or Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance.
For LAB TESTING and comprehensive health assessments, please book a Naturopathic Initial Assessment. During this appointment, our naturopath will review your health concerns, determine which tests are needed, and guide you through the next steps.
