ORTHOTICS:

We are pleased to announce that we can set you up with orthotics! In order to get the process started book in a session with our Chiropractor Michael Liang. Keep in mind that most private insurers handle orthotics as a reimbursement-only benefit. To ensure your claim is approved without a headache, you’ll typically need to provide:

Itemized Proof of Payment (receipt)

Manufacturing Proof

INITIAL ASSESSMENTS :

All new clients or returning clients with a new injury must select the “Initial Assessment” as their first appointment to allow for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

24-Hour Notice/Fees: A $50 fee will be applied to your account for any no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).
