This 60 minute assessment is the first step in your occupational therapy journey. It includes a comprehensive evaluation of your physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities to understand how they impact your daily life. The therapist will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and assess areas such as mobility, self-care, home and community participation, and cognitive and mental wellness. Findings from this session will help develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and priorities.
