If you can’t see your ideal time please call and leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, preferred practitioner and treatment date/time. You may also email us at info@movementhealth.ca to get in contact with us.
NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE TAKEN VIA VOICEMAIL - Please text 519.567.2888 or email info@movementhealth.ca if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For any medical emergencies please call 911.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that all our practitioners book one-on-one appointments - time slots are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time the following charges will apply to your account.
1st late cancellation / no show / late change or reschedule = $25
2nd late cancellation / no show / late change or reschedule = 50% of visit cost
3rd late cancellation / no show / late change or reschedule = Full cost of service
