Orthotic serve as a transitional aid in the journey toward strengthening the body. These customized devices provide targeted support to address imbalances and promote optimal alignment, facilitating improved mobility and comfort.
While initially aiding in the correction of biomechanical issues, orthotics are strategically used as part of a broader plan to strengthen the body. Through targeted exercises and rehabilitative practices, the ultimate goal is to empower individuals to gradually reduce reliance on orthotics, fostering long-term strength and stability.
The Process
When you come in for an orthotic casting you are scheduled for a 30 minute session with one of our knowledgeable practitioners. During that time you will experience an assessment and treatment to areas of concern before casting is completed.
Upon casting a deposit of 50% is taken with the remaining balance due when the orthotic is dispensed. For orthotics to be covered with extended health insurance you may require a prescription from your family physician. We provide all the other required documentation for submission to extended health insurances.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
