This 60 Minute Assessment is your first step on the road to recovery.
This appointment should be booked if you are visiting us with a new issue that we have not treated before. The hour appointment will give our therapist time to fully assess the origin of the injury and develop a treatment plan.
After your assessment - your next visits will be 30 Minute Treatments unless otherwise specified by your therapist.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
