Our 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect:
A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be applied for all late cancelled/missed appointments if notice is not given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
-Per clinic policy, a credit card is required for all bookings and Third Party insurance claim submissions (direct billing).
-We are currently not accepting new WorkSafe BC patients at our Downtown location.
-No bikes, scooters and pets permitted inside the Clinic – please plan accordingly!
