This is a 30min RAPID NFR treatment. RAPID NFR is evidence-based neurological manual therapy treatment. NFR is active and generally done with clothes on. We pin the muscle while moving and stretching out the muscle, fascia, and nerve. By doing this it is going to reset the fascia and the nerve by focusing on the Central Nervous System’s role in decreasing muscle tension and restrictions.
