This first session will focus on a full medical history and injury assessment in order to create a treatment plan and an initial training program. Patients MUST have a doctor's note requesting kinesiology sent to the office and approved by ICBC prior to the initial appointment.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
