This is not your average breathwork class. 9D Breathwork is a deeply immersive, multi-sensory experience designed to help you move beyond the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Using intentional breath patterns, layered sound, guided visualization, subliminal messaging, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, and nervous system-informed facilitation, this journey creates space for emotional release, clarity, grounding, and transformation. Many participants describe the experience as powerful, cathartic, energizing, and unexpectedly freeing. Each group session with Forever in Healing Wellness Company Inc. also includes intuitive Reiki energy support, sacred smudges and crystal energy woven throughout the experience to help encourage energetic balance, relaxation, and gentle emotional processing.
