Appointment Policy Update
Thank you so much for choosing our service and taking the time to book with us. To ensure a smooth and fair booking experience for all of our valued clients, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following:
Rescheduling & Cancellations : If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else who may need it. Please note that a fee of 50% of the regular treatment fee will apply to cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-Show Policy : If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us beforehand. Please note that a fee of 50% of the regular treatment fee will also apply to missed appointments (no-shows). Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

In 2025, no show and late cancellation fees, together with contributions from My Grace Acupuncture Clinic, were donated as follows: $1,000 to the Nicola Valley Food Bank. .
Now, We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Debit card! Also, We can bill MSP for anyone who qualifies.
Grace is a registered Acupuncturist in BC (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia). Therefore, the acupuncture treatment fee is covered by most extended insurance. So, you can claim with your receipt.
