Credit Card: All online bookings require a valid credit card on file stored in our secure program (staff cannot see your info).
Cancellation/No Show:
We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations/changes as soon as possible. The more notice we receive, the better opportunity we have to offer the spot to another patient. Any cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or missed/no-show appointments will be subject to a charge of the full appointment fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.
Direct Billing :
Please bring in your insurance information to see if direct billing is allowed for your insurance plan.
