This integrative treatment combines targeted scalp and specialized facial massage techniques to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and support healthy facial tissue.
The session begins with gentle lymphatic drainage, followed by a deeply grounding scalp, chest, shoulders and neck massage—ideal for clients experiencing chronic stress, tension headaches, or emotional burnout.
The facial massage component is fully customized and incorporates lymphatic drainage, specialized face techniques and your choice of therapeutic modality:
Intra-Oral - is available if requested and indicated.
Gua Sha – A traditional Eastern technique using a smooth bian stone tool to release fascial adhesions, support lymphatic flow, and gently tone facial muscles. This approach helps reduce puffiness, stagnation, and jaw tension.
Facial Cupping – A gentle negative-pressure technique that lifts and releases underlying fascia, enhances microcirculation, and supports detoxification. Particularly beneficial for clients with sinus congestion, sluggish circulation, or facial tightness.
All techniques are applied with mindful pressure and slow pacing to encourage a deep state of relaxation and therapeutic effect.
