Moms Movement Club
Welcome to our Group Series; featuring WOMEN!
Our Moms Movement Club is a supportive postpartum program led by Chiro and Osteo, Dr Brianna Perruzza in Newmarket. Designed for new moms, this class focuses on safe recovery after childbirth, including pelvic floor strengthening, core stability, posture, and gentle mobility exercises.
Babies are welcome, making it easy to bond with your little one while you move. It’s also a great way to connect with other moms in the community while receiving expert guidance on your postpartum health.
This class is limited to 10 registrants and will require an Initial Assessment to be booked prior to the class. This class series will run for 6 weeks and your full attendance is encouraged (when signing up for this series, you are committing to the full program!)
Please come dressed in workout attire and be ready to get a sweat on while learning the appropriate exercises for post partum moms!
All sessions will be provided with an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement through your extended health care insurance if applicable.
A Credit Card will also be required to be added to your file in order for us to bill any outstanding balances not covered by extended health benefits.
