Includes a short, brief, holistic assessment addressing the patient’s concerns (10 minutes), as well as Cupping (35 minutes). This treatment is for patients suffering from muscular pain, joint pain, migraines, digestive & respiratory issues, and poor circulation & drainage. The goal of Cupping is to promote blood flow to damaged areas, enhance blood circulation, relieve pain, encourage lymphatic drainage, and extract toxins from the body, all while encompassing the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Cupping consists of either using glass cups with alcohol and flame to create Fire Cupping, plastic suction cups, or silicone cups. Techniques such as Moving Cupping or Flash Cupping may be utilized. Cupping may be performed on the back, arms, shoulders, abdomen, and/or legs.

What it is
Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
Usually booked for
Ongoing tension that keeps coming back
A flare-up that changed how you move
Wanting a different approach than exercise alone
