Follow-up appointments include an updated health history and a focused assessment. The practitioner will evaluate for asymmetry, restrictions in motion, temperature and tissue texture changes, as well as any sensorial changes.
Treatment aims to address areas of compression, tension, and torsion by removing restrictions that interfere with the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate. The osteopathic approach focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction, rather than simply addressing the symptoms.
Each visit supports your ongoing progress and will be adapted based on your individual response to care and evolving therapeutic needs.
