We will evaluate our progress, response to treatment and continue with our treatment plan. The Follow-Up Visit treatment will usually mirror the treatment received during the Initial (First) Visit; and may consist of some of the following: myofascial release therapy, soft tissue therapy, electromodalities, Ultrasound, mobilization, chiropractic adjustments, passive stretching and education/instructions for successful self-management of your complaint.
