This visit is for new patients of Dr. Laura Hoffmann, ND who would like to receive a vitamin B12 injection. This visit is to complete the intake and associated lab requisitions required to have a vitamin B12 injection (or administering an injection if blood work with vitamin B12 levels is provided).
This visit is up to 30 minutes in length. Vitamin B12 injection material fee is an added $15 to the visit.
