First visit:
The front door to the building is locked, please use the buzzer to be let into the building before your appointment. We do not have a reception area, please don’t show up more than 5 minutes before your massage to reduce traffic in the hallway.
Maternity Leave:
Arielle is on maternity leave from April 2026-2027 and will be reopening her schedule for May 1 2027 in the new year. Please schedule your follow up appointment with either Rainier or Kylie.
Open ICBC claims:
We do not direct bill for ICBC. If you have an open ICBC claim you will have to pay the full amount and submit on your own. We suggest booking at another clinic for open claims.
Direct billing:
Arielle is the only RMT who direct bills to Medavie Blue Cross. If you book with another therapist you will have to pay upfront the full amount and submit on your own.
We do not do WCB claims. Please book elsewhere for this.
