Things to consider before you book:
• All services are eligible for direct billing and we are happy to submit for you. However, coverage rules may apply depending on individual benefits plans i.e. Medical note for massage therapy or the patient may have to submit themselves etc.
• A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Patients may choose their preferred payment method at the time of service.
❌ A cancellation fee will apply if you “no show” for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file. Patients without a card on file will be required to pay the fee before rebooking ❌
• To avoid cancellation/no show fees, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Our policy is strictly enforced.
• Please fill out the online intake form before your first visit. Otherwise please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the required paperwork.
