Please remove your shoes and take a seat in the waiting area, and I will be out to welcome you at your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee please allow 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The best way to cancel an appointment is online in your JaneApp profile. Or email kelly@newfoundwellness.com. If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and our cancellation policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Direct Billing now Available!

I can now Direct Bill to most major insurance companies, with the exception of Green Shield and SunLife. Please note some individual plans may not allow for direct billing. Please be prepared to pay for your treatment in full in case there is an issue with the direct billing system or in the event of your plan requiring self submission. You will always be issued an official receipt which you can submit on your own to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan. Please note I do not have access to your personal insurance plan and cannot see the details of your individual plan. If you have any questions regarding your personal plan definitely contact your provider for more information.
