TELEHEALTH ICBC 12-Week Check-in

This complimentary service is specifically designed for ICBC patients as a 12-week follow-up to check in on how you’re feeling after receiving treatment. At Newleaf Total Wellness Centre, we understand the importance of ongoing care and want to ensure your recovery is on the right track. This appointment aims to evaluate your progress and identify ways to make your treatment more effective, empowering you to regain your health with confidence. During your check-in, the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) will: • Review the details of your accident and discuss how your recovery has been progressing so far. • Explore what’s working well and identify any adjustments or additional treatments to support your recovery. • Provide clarity on our clinic’s services and procedures to ensure you feel supported throughout your care plan. • Help you schedule and coordinate any necessary appointments to keep your recovery seamless and efficient. We’re committed to helping you achieve the best possible outcomes on your road to recovery.
