One on one session with a counsellor to address life issues. Our counsellors are trained in a variety of therapeutic models and will work with you as you share your story. They work at your pace and check in often during sessions to discover best what works for you. Our counsellors are trained to work with individuals ages 12 and up. PATIENTS MUST HAVE HAD AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING A FOLLOW-UP SESSION

Most of the hour is spent talking through what has shifted since last time and working on it in real time — making sense of patterns, practising ways to respond differently, and staying with difficult thoughts or feelings — so you leave with a clearer thread to pick up between sessions.
