Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) is a specialized treatment program for lymphatic conditions and is only available to clients who have already completed an initial Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) assessment. This service is not appropriate without a prior MLD consultation.
CDT may include a combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, compression therapy, skin care education, therapeutic exercise, and self‑management instruction, tailored to your individual treatment plan.
Please note:
Compression bandages and materials used as part of CDT are not included in the treatment fee and are billed separately.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
