Pelvic Physiotherapy Assessment
Please book this if this is your first pelvic physiotherapy appointment at NHRC, or if it has been more than one year since your last pelvic physiotherapy appointment.
Our initial pelvic physiotherapy assessment includes a comprehensive health history and a detailed physical examination tailored to address pelvic health concerns. Your pelvic physiotherapist will review your symptoms, contributing factors, and goals, followed by an individualized assessment that may include posture, breathing, core activation, pelvic floor muscle function, and musculoskeletal screening.
After the assessment, your therapist will discuss the findings, provide a working diagnosis, and outline a personalized treatment plan. Treatment may also be provided on the same day, based on your needs and comfort.
