Scheduling Appointments: To secure your appointment, I require a credit card at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged upfront — it will be processed at the end of your treatment. While a doctor’s referral is not required for massage therapy, I encourage you to confirm your insurance coverage and any necessary pre-approvals with your provider beforehand.
Pricing: All treatment fees are listed before the addition of 13% HST, which will be added at checkout. After your session, I’ll provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy: To respect everyone’s time, I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the booked service, and no-shows will be subject to the full cost of the booked service. I’m unable to provide insurance receipts for cancellation or no-show fees.
