Kinesiology Assessment and Consult
A 60-minute one-on-one assessment designed to understand your unique needs, clarify goals, and evaluate physical capabilities. It’s an opportunity to collaborate with a Registered Kinesiologist to build a strong foundation for sustainable progress in a supportive environment. This initial assessment will be used to inform the kinesiologist of the key movement patterns, and wellness support an individual may need and desire prior to participation in training or wellness sessions with the Registered Kinesiologist.
Together, we will discuss your health history, lifestyle, and establish your priorities. We'll identify short- and long-term objectives and your next steps. At the end of this session, you can expect to receive a recommendation for exercise training and/or Kinesiology coaching to set you in the direction that aligns with your goals.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
