This assessment is ideal if you want to:

How it works:
- Non-invasive sensors are placed on targeted muscles during exercise
- Real-time readings of muscle oxygen saturation (SmO₂) and hemoglobin levels are recorded
- Data informs training intensity, recovery periods, and conditioning strategies
Follow-Up Consultation:
A 15-minute consultation may be scheduled 2–3 days after your test to review your results and provide a personalized, data-driven training and recovery plan if desired. This can be conducted by phone or in person. (Cost: $67)
