This is for clients with an ICBC claim number. ICBC pays the provider directly for services, however; they do not pay for last-minute cancellations and no-shows. The cost will be out of pocket for the patients who do not follow the 24-hour cancellation policy.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
