In your follow up appointment you will receive a report of findings which includes dietary, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations. You will also receive a meal plan and recipes to help you get started. After the second appointment, follow up appointments will help you stay on track to meet your goals and will also allow the dietition to make modifications if required.
