10-minute follow up for patients that have been seen within the last 12 months, and not a new issue. If this is a new issue/injury, or it has been more than 12 months since your last visit, please book a re-examination appointment. Appointment is up to 10 minutes in length.

Most of this visit is treatment — hands-on joint and soft-tissue work, movement coaching and exercise progressions — with a shorter check-in on what changed since last time and a clearer sense of what to keep doing between appointments.
