Physiotherapy Assessment
New Clients! An initial assessment includes a comprehensive history of your concern or injury, a hands on assessment, and initiation of a program to address your concerns. Your physiotherapist will provide recommendations and education on what to expect for your recovery. Please allot 45-60 minutes for your session.
Along with booking your initial appointment we advise you to book at least two more follow-up appointments. Preferably try booking 1-2 weeks after your initial appointment.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
