If you order a 2nd pair at the same time as the 1st, the end pair will cost $375. The second pair will still require a $187.50 deposit.
As orthotics are custom made for you, these are non refundable..
NOTE- Please check your extended health policy to ensure that a Chiropractor is able to prescribe and dispense the orthotics. If your policy states otherwise, it is your responsibility to get the referral you require from the appropriate healthcare provider. We will not be responsible for any payment rejections from your health insurance company.
