Re-Assessment is recommended annually following your initial assessment.. During your re-assessment your pedorthist will:
Review and evaluate performance of previous orthotics and footwear;
Review any current symptoms, goals and lifestyle needs;
Complete a thorough re-assessment of your biomechanics and gait;
Create and discuss personalized treatment plan;
Do a 3D casting and/or measurements for treatments including orthotics.

Most of this follow-up is spent checking what changed since last time and getting on with the treatment itself — hands-on foot care, skin or nail work, padding or offloading, orthotic adjustments, and gait or footwear review — so you leave knowing what was done and what to keep doing between visits.
