Treatment is designed for ages 6-18. We assess progress and address any changes or concerns. Using gentle techniques such as soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, light mobilizations and active/passive stretchings, we focus on supporting their recovery and addressing any ongoing issues. If necessary, we also introduce simple, fun exercises to help improve function and maintain their health. Parental consent is required and parents can be present during the session.

**Currently, we are unable to offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) or Sunlife members. If you're covered by PBC or Sunlife, you will need to pay for your treatment upfront and submit your osteopath claims directly to PBC for reimbursement.**

Most of this visit is hands-on treatment — guided movement, joint articulation, soft-tissue work and positioning — with a shorter check-in on what changed since last time and a few adjustments to the plan you leave with.
