When you've completed the Optifast Clarity Appointment and have decided that this program and our team is a good fit for you and your goals, we will proceed with the Optifast Program Start appointment.
During this appointment, we will complete baseline starting weight measurements and vitals, review your medical history, complete a medication review, discuss all of the information for getting started and set you up for beginning your program!
